Hybrid Layer is used to show history of OpenStreetMap edits.

Idea, data and style are taken from Mapbox 10 Years of OpenStreetMap example.

Instead of 9 files for each tile in original example, only 2 are needed to load for Hybrid Layer. Furthermore, palette can be easily changed without rendering new tiles.
